Steik World Meats 位處於尖沙K11商場中，與繁忙的彌敦道只是一街之隔，正合靜中帶旺之意。這全新餐廳對牛排情有獨鍾的饕客來說絕對是一個天堂，因為我們從世界各地揀選最優質、最令人垂涎欲滴的牛排，並將它們風乾至完美狀態。
在我們經驗豐富的總廚Brian Moore 的帶領下，所有於本餐廳享用到的牛肉無論是品質、脂肪比例及色澤均有嚴格的準則，自來全球不同的頂尖供應商包括美國、加拿大、愛爾蘭、蘇格蘭、澳洲和日本等地也派專人為我們手揀優質牛肉，以饕宴食客。Steik World Meats將大部份空運抵港的牛肉放進本店特設的風乾展示櫃裡進行風乾，需時14 至21天。風乾展示櫃置於開放式廚房前，有四米高、六米闊，客人可看到展示櫃裡不同國家及品種的風乾牛肉。我們泡製牛排的方法有二，一是在特備的超級烤爐裡以600 度高溫鎖住肉汁及肉香，將牛排烤至最美味；二是在傳統的炭爐上慢燒，這方法用來準備和牛和細件牛排較佳。
除了不同地方的牛排外，Steik World Meats 亦提供現代歐洲美食輕食如熱湯和沙律至份量十足之選如進口海鮮和肉類，或飯後必點的眾多甜品。
美食當前，佳釀總少不了。Steik World Meats 搜羅了世界各地的美酒，全跟這兒的優質牛排是絕配。在我們特長的酒牌上，不難發現驚喜。除了常見的瓶裝外還有一些精選酒品以半瓶裝和杯裝供應，讓愛杯中物之仕多試不同口味。無論客人身處室內酒吧或全日開放的室外平台，也能在安逸地細嚐美酒和酒吧小食。

I went here for Restaurant week lunch. FOr the price of $158, it is a very great value 3-course meal deal, and the food & service are certainly worth to visit again. For appetizer, we had the ox cheek tortellini and the "charcuterie" (chicken liver, foie gras parfait, ham hock terrine, duck rilette, iberico ham toasted baguette). The Ox cheek flavour was quite intense and the charcuterie was totally delicious. I would definitely order the charcuterie again. Main was sirloin and steak dianne. Both were fair. Dessert were date pudding and strawberry pavlova, both were wonderful (way better standard than I expected). In addition, with tea came petits fours. The desserts and these petits guys were all amazing and left me very satisfied and happily completed my meal. Service was pretty good. All waiters were quite polite and patient. They were monitoring the speed we ate? cuz the dishes came quite nicely one after we finished the other. We were the last to go before they were closed to prepare for dinner and I found it very nice and professional that they didn't try to rush us out of the restaurant. Would definitely come again. Delicious food; great service; wonderful restaurant.

Food is not bad particularly love them offering different warm bread. Service is nice too.
