位於伊利近街美食區的心臟位置的Olive近期以嶄新的面貌重新回來啦，它的一流菜單由澳洲名廚Greg Malouf与行政總廚Eric Hendry設計，為香港的美食愛好者們介紹最優質的希腊及中東美食。
主厨Greg Malouf是一位有着黎巴嫩血統的澳大利亞人，曾接受過非常專業的烹飪訓練，加上他的國際視野以及其週遊中東各國的經驗，在他的黎巴嫩傳統文化的熏陶下獨創了非常具有他個人特色的世界聞名的中東美食。可謂是新一代年輕廚師中的佼佼者。

Overall my friend and I had a lovely time and look forward to coming back. I was very sceptical as I knew this was another "concept" restaurant and I've found most of them to be poor, however this was a very pleasant surprise
