名廚Laurent Tourondel於2004年以創新的現代美式扒房風格在紐約開辦BLT 扒房，現在更把它帶到了香港，就在海港城海運大廈地下。大量來自美國及澳洲頂級的肉排，與一系列特意設計的主菜，前菜，沙律，肉食，魚類，貝殼類相配，再以經典的蔬菜作為伴碟。美式經典和法式風味是甜品的一大特色。BLT 扒房還提供無數飲品選擇，包括創意的酒單，很多更可每杯品嘗。

Yet another fantastic meal at BLT Steak ! Quality of food, consistency and good service is something that one can always rely on. Our friends that joined us had not been there before but iunsured us that they would definitely be back there again.Thanks for a great afternoon !

The food and service were no more than average. I found the food to be expensive for what was actually served. I was disappointed because when asked at BLT burger if the same menu was offered at BLT Steak, I was told it was but there was nothing really simple as a main on the menu. I would not go back.

Terrible services (both in terms of reservation confirmation and service at the restaurant). Food is just ok but doesn't justify the price. I will NEVER visit it again.
