Here we only work wity fresh ingredients, which are prepared with passion and craftmanship. Our local hunters bring their catch, our fish is fresh from Volendam and our non-sprinkled vegetables and fruit come from Wieringermeer or frrom lacal farmers. We want to let you see and taste that quality doesn't need to be expensive.
If the weather allows us, we have a great terrace, we also have possibilities to make a sightseeing trip with your boat over the lake of Loosdrecht. After your trip you can have a relaxing lunch or dinner at our restaurant.
