't Licht is located in the centre of Utrecht in the 'Witte Vrouwen' area. This restaurant is in a few words to be discribed as a cozy diningcafe which has trendy accents inside. This is a fine combination! The neighbourhood is very lifely because a lot of residence who live here are students.
