Brasserie Goeie Louisa is situated in the Brasserie room and the Brasserie kitchen, which is one of the oldest kitchens of the Netherlands. From 1345 AD the priests of the German Knights Order have cooked their meals for the many guests who stayed in the German House.
In here you literally peek into the kitchen. Sitting around the stove watching the cooks preparing delicious meals. From home-made pastry, exciting salads to authentic dishes. On our terrace you will enjoy a view at the medieval buildings of the Museum quarter. The brasserie is situated in Grand Hotel Karel V at walking distance from Jaarbeurs, Central Station and the canals.

Brasserie Goeie Louisa is open from Monday to Sunday. For a drink or something to eat we welcome you from 08:30 till 22:30 hour and for lunch and dinner from 11:30 till 22:30 hour. On Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 hour.
When the weather is fine, you can sit on our beautiful terrace with great view, overlooking the old gardens of Grand Hotel Karel V (former monastery and Military hospital).
