The food was good - not great - not special - and after seeing what "normal customers" around us were eating - I felt as If we were given a cheap "tourist menu".
If they wanted to entice me and my friend into coming again - they should have made it a very specail menu. I am looking forward tothe other four bookings I have this week with other restaurants.
It would have been to their advantage to WOW us, rather than just get a mediocre dish out for this Restaurant Week.
I am a member of the International Womens Contact of Utrecht and Amsterdam and the American Womens Club and many people ask me where to eat. This will not be one of my recommendations. We also have a "Whats Hot and Whats Not column in all our monthly publication which I will be submitting my experience with "Restaurant Week".
By the way, this is a GREAT way to try out many restaurants - BUT - they should be putting their "best foot forward"" |
