The owners’ love and desire to offer clients a pleasant and relaxing place where excellent food is served  gave birth to an innovative project which combines a modern architectural concept with a creative cuisine inspired by the Italian regional tradition

The architects Gianluigi and Marco Giammetta, pupils of Massimiliano Fuksas, were entrusted with the implementation of the project: designing a place which would be beautiful, elegant and cosy at the same time.

Located in the heart of the baroque Capital and distributed on two floors in a 1600s building, ‘Trattoria’ is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Rome. On the ground floor clients can enjoy an aperitif at the bar or try the most trendy cocktails accompanied by delicious “appetizers” prepared by the Chef.

In the dining area on the first floor,  it is possible to choose a romantic corner for two or a quite spot to discuss business or a more lively place to enjoy dining with friends.
