Romilò is a class restaurant which offers its clients a well balanced service in terms of quality/cost. The management of the restaurant is in the hands of Angelo Sorelli (who gained his expertise over a thirty-year career at the Hilton in London) while the cuisine is managed by chef Renato Pagani who is assisted by four other chefs, all with a long experience gained in renown restaurants or international hotel chains.

The restaurant offers various choices to meet the client's needs: at lunch time, a light and quick menu - yet top quality - at a very convenient price, whereas in the evening the menu proposes sophisticated and exquisite dishes to satisfy the most demanding palates.

In summertime, it is also possible to dine on the terrace which is located in one of the coolest and characteristic alleys of Rome.
