This new restaurant has a style of its own: its architecture recalls the old roman walls built with small bricks and it is fitted out with refined post-modern furniture in platinum, white and black colour.

But the true pride of PLATINUM is its Chef ‘Jerry’, Gervasio Nenzi, of Tuscan origin, who transfuses into his recipes all the experience gained over the years preparing land and sea delicacies. He sometimes leaves the kitchen to go and talk personally with the clients to suggest or explain the dish he has just prepared. Fish is the main specialty of this restaurant: right at the entrance you find a rich fish stand, with a wide variety of fish and seafood.
