You will find L’Osteria dell’ Ingegno in the magnificent Piazza di Pietra in the shadows of the columns of Hadrian’s Temple, built in 145 A.D. L’Osteria, unique and personal in its style welcomes you into its informal and elegant ambience with an attentive yet not intrusive service that somehow manages to make you feel part of the family. The owners – Gianmarco the chef and Pino the manager – have brought together all their previous experience and it shows.

The cuisine, made with highest quality ingredients from local producers pay homage to the tastes and traditions of Italy’s many regions. Homemade pasta, fresh pressed oils, vegetables, meat and fish, most of which are organic, are testament to the dishes of Piemonte, Tuscany and Sicily. All the desserts, again homemade, are to die for! The extensive wine list represents over 450 of Italy’s best.

L’Osteria has a Lunch menu, Dinner menu, Gourmet Tasting menu which varies from week to week. Between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm you can sample a generous buffet with aperitifs. Come all!
