Facing the via Veneto you will find Moma, a refined but informal restaurant which is owned and managed by the brothers Franco and Gastone Pierini. Apart from being a restaurant it's also a wine bar and a place where you can taste typical local culinary products and other delicacies. The young staff prepares, under direction of the owners, contemporary cuisine based on the authentic Italian culinary tradition.

A typical dinner at Moma could start with Foie gras served on a "Quaresimale Romano" crouton, garnished by caramel apples and a comfiture from red Tropea unions to continue with “Chitarrini alla Gricia”, typical square shaped spaghetti with crispy bacon, "Pecorino" cheese and an alpine cheese cured in wine to finish with a dessert of home made "Baba" with Sicilian ricotta mouse and marinated strawberries. Special care has also been taken in the selection of cheese and salamis and in the selection of the more than 400 different selected labels of Italian and international wines which are stocked in the wine cellar.
