In the hart of Rome, next to Campo de' Fiori, Dado, Beatrice and Luca have created their restaurant Ditirambo which proposes to its clients the tasty traditional Italian cuisine and a good section of wines.

The inviting ambience, which is divided in two rooms, has a style which looks something between a French bistro and old Roman Osteria.

Fresh Pasta, bread and sweets are prepared each day by the kitchen and on the menu it is also possible to find some vegetarian dishes as well as a small selection of excellent salamis and cheeses which have a good quality/price ratio as has been noted by various restaurant guides.
