The history of the restaurant starts in 1890 when the family of Agata serves roasted pork (porchetta) here, much later with the help of Romeo and loads of enthusiasm, the location is turned around into an elegant restaurant with beautiful furniture and tableware. When visiting you will not fail to notice Agata's collection of teapots.
The service and the wines are taken care of by Romeo, since 1984 he is a member of the Italian association of Sommeliers and followed all the courses with excellent results becoming one of the first professional sommeliers in Italy.
