New extended hours: On Sunday from 17:30 - 02:00 and Thursday - Saturday from around midnight to 02:30 you can enjoy a drink with maybe some tapas in this ever popular bar/restaurant in the heart of La Latina. Great music including funk, house and acid jazz.
The traditional barrier between tapas bar and restaurant doesn't exist at La Camarilla. At the bar just as in the dining room you can enjoy lunch, dinner or an informal meal based on an array of amazing and tasty tapas or dishes chosen from our varied menu.

food: cool , not fresh. Service: I was month in Spain, and it was the worst and unpolite in all my travel. Do not go that place. |

Great place!
I was just visiting Madrid and my local friends took me there. Firstly, the staff was amazingly friendly and very hospitabel (even though I dont speak a word of spanish). Secondly, the wine selection was marvelous. And the food was nice as well. The interior was classy.
Highly recommendable place. I'd love to come back soon! |

En mi opinión:
-en cuanto a la comida, destacan: las tostas y los platos, no así el resto de las tapas (brocheta verduras, hojaldre morcilla,..), aunque si la brocheta de Camenbert. Muy bueno y económico el vinos de la casa (Rioja).
- Aunque no eran muy simpáticos, los camareros eran muy atentos. Tuvimos el gusto de conocer al propietario, encantador.
Digno de ver el baño de mujeres. |

We enjoyed our meal at this restaurant, very good atmosphere. The best in Madrid. Excellent service and very tasty hot food. Would visit again if visiting Madrid and have already recommended it to someone living in Madrid. |

The price performance ratio is absolutely unacceptable. We missed a competent service. The food (entrcote with mushrooms, bacalao) was far to cold. The people there are unfriedly and arrogant. |

Really fabulous. Everything we tried was delicious and interesting--clearly the staff has a real passion for food. The atmosphere is intimate and sophisticated but not exclusive. One of the best meals we had in Madrid. |
