OPIA is a chic restaurant/lounge featuring the imaginative cuisine of Executive Chef Dane Clouston who came to JIA from the award-winning Ezard restaurant in Melbourne. He has developed his own style of modern Australian cuisine – contemporary interpretation of the multi-cultural cooking styles for which Australia is renowned – with Asian influences, particularly Thailand.
Food: 9 | Service: 9 | Ambience: 9 Great restaurant, good atmosphere, nice service and very important...magnificent food. As good as Egard in Melbourne. Been here already twice and love it.
If there is a downside it is only the temperature, but with a good glass of wine that is easily forgotten.
