Nestled in the heart of the Elgin Street dining arena, Olive introduces the finest Greek and Middle Eastern cuisine to Hong Kong diners with a superb menu designed by famous Australian Chef, Greg Malouf.

Head Chef Michael Van Warmelo has a superb training background in International cuisine in his home city of Melbourne with experience in five star hotels and classic Melbourne restaurants. More recently Chef Michael has specialised in Middle Eastern, Greek, North African and Moroccan cuisine.

Favorites at Olive include Barramundi roasted under vine leaves with shallots, mushrooms and almonds, and Olive’s rabbit and leek pie cooked with almonds and eggs, served with a minted cabbage salad. Among the Chefs personal favorites are Chicken Musakhan - Bedouin style spiced sautéed chicken baked in mountain bread with spinach and chickpea stew. A great selection of mezza, vegetarian cuisine which is a Middle East specialty, and desserts are also available.
