Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, or more simply Nobu is one of the world’s most acclaimed Japanese chefs who owns several restaurants in world cities like London, Tokyo, Milan, Beverly Hills and New York. Nobu restaurants are renowned for their innovative Japanese cuisine of which some dishes carry influences from his time in Peru and Argentina. A glance at the menu list shows this: Sashimi Taco’s, King Crab Tempura with Amazu Ponzu and Scallop with Jalapeno Salsa. The restaurant can seat 140 people including 10 at the bar.
