Lawry’s The Prime Rib is rotating canapé ‘Bar Snacks Platters’ with two drinks at HK$128 only during happy hours.

They are being served from Sundays to Thursdays from 6pm-9pm at the restaurant in Lee Gardens, Causeway Bay.

The elegantly presented platter features eight separate canapés – the equivalent of a buffet-for-one on a single plate – with the menu changing regularly.

Among the eight canapés served are a number that incorporate the restaurant’s signature US prime rib which includes prime rib wrapped in bacon, prime rib open-face sandwich, prime rib with Japanese pepper and mushroom skewers, asparagus and prime rib roll, prime rib salad stuffed zucchini and roasted prime rib and capsicum, cocktail onion skewer. Other appetising choices are chicken satay, crispy fish and shrimp skewers, pan-fried scallop wrapped in bacon, pepper tuna with cucumber and mango salsa or wasabi and sesame dressing, smoked duck breast sandwich and more.

The platters come with a choice of any two alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks including Lawry's Private Label wines. Only premium spirits, cocktails and Champagnes are excluded.

The new promotion is available only at the bar and is subject to 10% service charge.
