JW's Signature Dishes: Char-grilled Boston Lobster with balsamic and soy butter and daikon salad and Char-grilled Wagyu Beef Rib-eye served with roasted potatoes, morel and arugula. Choice of sauce: cappuccino Jus, Bloody Mary-inspired Butter or Ponzu Glaze.

This is in my experience the best value for money and delicious place to eat sashimi and sushi. My wife and I love the place.
The sad news has been the departure of the previous Japanese Chef who had ingenious ways to prepare food triggering pure joy eating his food. We were told he was hired by the Jockey Club - good for them. Would love to have him back here...
