The Chefs at Craftsteak prepare uncomplicated, quality cuisine in a casual but sophisticated ambience. The menu allows guests to select their choices from the freshest cuts of meat and poultry, fish, seafood and vegetables, prepared in different cooking methods on the open fire charcoal grill and served with a selection of individual sauces and gravies. The result is a meal cooked to order.

The classic wood furniture and matching floor, the rustic brick wall with its display of early American black and white photography and the huge glass and wood entrance all contribute to the warmth and homely feel of the restaurant.
