Food: 9 | Service: 9 | Ambience: 9 The food was delicious, and there was a good variety of appetizers, main courses and desserts. The ambience was very nice -- great view.
Please note: we were seated in the middle of families with young children, and we found that to be irritating. |

Food: 1 | Service: 1 | Ambience: 1 Worst experience ever. Waited in line for 1 hr, wanted to have their fish and chips. Ask the girl at the front to confirm that they still servinng fish and chips.. and they said yes, they still have fish and chips today. so waited an hour, and upon sitting down, the waiter told me they did not serve fish and chips for 2 months now. WHY was it not taken out of the menu, and why did the girl at the front CONFIRM that there were fish and chips? I dont eat beef.. so wasted an hour lining up, and did NOT have a good meal. WOULD NOT GO THERE AGAIN! |

Ambience: 8 | Service: 9 | Food: 10 It was an unexpected pleasure to have eaten at BLT's. Never would have thought such an experience would have been possible there. I was wrong. We were just looking for a quick bite and stopped because it has a fantastic view. We were also in need of a rest. We returned that night with 2 couples traveling with us. Good Stuff! |

Food: 10 | Service: 9 | Ambience: 10 We saw BLT from the ferry and stopped by for a wonderful brunch. Great tasting food with a wonderful dessert buffet. Unlimited prosecco never hurts. The service was very helpful and attentive with the wine refills. That is usually the problem with unlimited drinks. What a great space for a weekend meal. We will be back often. |

Food: 10 | Service: 8 | Ambience: 10 We goto a lot of the BLT restaurants in NY and were pleased to see one in Hong Kong. They must use the same steak suppliers because our meal was wonderful and we had a fantastic view. You can't get a better American steak in town, we've tried. The desserts were delicious as well. Sounds like the reviewer above has a grudge and wants to be hurtful, life is too short... |

Food: 1 | Service: 1 | Ambience: 1 Worst dinner in memory. To date, I still have not had a response from the reservation request made through Dining city.com. Had to call restaurant fortunately they had a table. I brought my wife and 2 kids ( 6y and 4y)for a birthday celebration. We arrived early (1800) and asked that kids meals be brought immediately as they were hungry. We ordered a nice bottle of wine (Dead Arm Shiraz-best part of the dinner) and then the adult meals. Long story short--our salads arrived and were eaten and still no kids food. Asked for regular bread to feed to kids (my son is alergic to the eggs in the huge popovers they serve). No regualr bread they said. When questioned what they served with the high end french cheeses they admitted they had bread but it was still frozen. We convinced them to toast some. Kids food finally arrived. And then my steak--a big, USDA sirloin. Cooked to perfection, but stone cold by the time it arrived at the table. Throughout the ordeal, the wait staff and management were surly, not available and finally, rude. Should have gone to Morton's--next time we will |

Food: 5 | Service: 1 | Ambience: 10 AVOID this restaurant. They have a great view but they have lost their magic touch. We arrived early on a Sunday night (1800). The service was terrible, the food slightly better. Go to Morton's if you want a good steak and great service. |

Food: 8 | Service: 8 | Ambience: 8 very good views of the harbor, food was excellent and service friendly and attentive. Be careful about ordering too much as the portions are quite big. Or maybe we are just too used to living in Tokyo. |

Food: 5 | Service: 4 | Ambience: 4 I don't really suggest they use the hot fry pan serving the steak , but the steak itself only in warm temperature. It can not be compared with Ruth Crisis. A little bit upset of their food. |
