Aqua Roma presents an exotic selection of antipasti, crispy pizzas, hand-made pastas and risottos plus a sumptuous array of mains such as the Pan fried blue eye cod with black squid ink, sauteed frisee and salmon caviar.

Aqua Tokyo captures the essence of Japanese cuisine and presents a mouth-watering array of jet-fresh sushi and sashimi at its open robatayaki grill and sushi bar. Specialties include Taraba crab tempura with crab roe miso and smoked eggplant wrapped in tender paper-thin grilled beef fillet.
