Restaurant L’Esplanade is situated halfway up the Jura Mountains in the coastal area of the canton of Vaud. Through the large bay windows you can enjoy the spectacular view of Lac Léman against the backdrop of the Alps. On a clear day you can see the Jet d’Eau and the top of the Mont Blanc.

Guillaume Trouillot is the talented, charismatic chef and owner, who took over L’Esplanade in 2006. His dishes are prepared inventively and with care and reveal an eye for detail, using only the best fresh ingredients.

In the gastronomic restaurant you are comfortably seated at round tables. In a separate dining area six people can sit at the high table d’hôtes, where a large window enables you to overlook the on-goings in the kitchen.

The restaurant is non-smoking; there is a separate smoking lounge.

Dining at L’Esplanade is well worth the 20 minute drive into the countryside from Geneva along the vineyards of La Côte.
