The cuisine of our historic restaurant has its deep roots in the territory and the traditions of our family.

The high attention we give to the selection of the basic ingredients and the care we take in preparing and presenting each dish are the result of a constant dialogue with our staff. Our desserts and fresh pasta's are home made to keep alive the authenticity of the ingredients and to let you taste "real" flavours.

As we think of the different needs of our guests we also have in our menu a special section dedicated to vegetarians and to small children.

Our wine list is a passionate selection of excellent Tuscan, national and international wines but you will also be able to find some notable biodynamic wines. For an enjoyable degustation of the top wines we have in house we offer the possibility to taste them by the glass.
