all the dishes were definitely memorable and beyond expectation. great food presentation and the taste of every single component was remarkable. the attentiveness of the chef towards every ingredients allowed us to truly appreciate the overall dish and left us with nothing to fault. The only down side will be the dimly lit candle on the table which might waste the chefs' effort in their artistic plating.

This restaurant was a revelation. Modern, light and spacious the full height windows taking advantage of the views out to sea. The candlelit tables perfectly placed for a romantic dining experience. The wine cellar at the entrance looked impressive and quality of wine did not disappoint. The service was impeccable and friendly and matched the food presentation. Each of the items on the set menu was divine. Fresh and unique vegetable starter and beautifully cooked and flavorsome snapper and seafood main followed by an exquisite earl grey creme dessert. Top marks. Will definitely go again.

Went there on a wednesday night for dinner. AMUSE BOUCHE There was a complimentary dish of cherry tomatoes dipped in some sauce. Was a good start to the evening, and with an alfresco seat, you can see the sky darkening to a gorgeous purplish night. 7/10 STARTER Bean Salad - Not a fan of salad, but partner said it was ok. 6.5/10 MAIN Red Snapper Fillet - This was the highlight of the evening. The fish was really fresh, and the sauce that went with it brought out the sweetness of the meat. There were clams and small cut potato bits. And the crispy fried potato hay was really awesome tasting! 8/10 DESSERT Tea and Honey Parfait - Interesting dish, not a very ordinary combination, but the house-made honeycomb was the bomb! 7.5/10 CONCLUSION Ambience is really good if you have alfresco seats, which faces the tanjong beach, a slightly less populated beach in Sentosa. This made for a really peaceful meal with the perfect postcard view and the occasional sea breeze. Service was efficient and unobtrusive.
