Brought my parents there for dinner. The food was delicious and there were so many service staff that all our needs were promptly attended to, sometimes without even us realising that plates have been cleared. The view from the 60th floor was also fantastic.

The menu was what attracted me to book this restaurant. While the cuisine was generaly good, it lacks the "wow" factor - the soup, vegetable and chicken dishes was ordinary. The highlight was the fish in chilli oil but the portion was rather small. Service would have been beter if they didn't seem pre-occupied with looking busy. Again the ambience could have been another highlight but we were deprived of the lovely view as they kept the two tables near the window empty, claiming it has been reserved when we asked to sit near the window. For the next 2 hours, the tables remained vacant. Also, the window blinds were down and we sat in a relatively enclosed environment with no view. I feel the restaurant is not deserving of the additional charge for the meal.

The best thing about this restaurant is its location - 60 floors above ground level with city views. Service was generally good but would have been better if all staff were trained to converse in English. Located in the CBD, I am sure many of its patrons if not the majority would be English-speaking bankers and the like. Food was disappointing. I enjoyed the 1st and last dish ie the trio of appetizers and the noodle dish. Everything else served in between was mediocre if not worse. The cod was a tad too hard and the gravy for the scallop was way too sweet for a savoury dish.
