Fine Palate is owned and managed by Heather Barrie who has for over 20 years, successfully made a name for herself as the go-to caterer for distinguished clients across Singapore.
Heather and her team launched Fine Palate Café in late 2010 serving the same delicious, artisanal-quality food in a design-focussed yet warm atmosphere. Nestled into the Arts & Heritage District, a very short walk from the Singapore Arts Museum, Fine Palate Café offers both indoor and terrace seating and is open for lunch Tuesday to Friday from 11 to 4pm and for brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 4pm.
The lunch menu ranges from light bites such as the Trio of Wagyu Beef Burgers or the Mixed Green & Quinoa Salad, to heartier mains such as the Catch of the Day and the signature Tuna and Capellini. The brunch menu features all your favourites: Eggs Benedict, Fine Palate Cook-Up and of course, the much-blogged about Steak & Eggs!
The desserts were great and each of them were unique in their own ways. The waiters made effort to explain the menu to my friends and I. There was an improve in the taste of the food as compared to my first experience at The Fine Palate. Desserts are still awesome. Will definitely come back for more desserts. Could consider more varieties of main course as the courses were all pasta based..

Restaurant did not give the indoor settings for a proper dinner although I came on time. Food was a bit cold, could be better. However service was good, they offer us free wine.

Enjoyable experience! Went for the restaurant week menu with a friend. We had the Salmon tartar, tuna capelini, rhubarb crumble & lemon tart. Every dish was delicious! They refilled water for us quite frequently without us asking.

Warm and friendly welcome by staff followed by clear introduction with the menuu for the day. Starter was refreshing greens with quinoa and nice touch of dressing. Main course was a slight disappointment as it will be great if there's aliitle bit more of the pasta cream as the pasta is sticking together towards the end but overall it still taste good. The rhubarb crumble dessert with vanilla ice cream was served warm and the combination just made us smile while we clean up the plate! Left with a smile, so well done Fine Palate Cafe and thank you!
