Vizi Capitali

Vizi Capitali is a lovely restaurant in the heart of Trastevere, a few steps away from piazza Trilussa.

The owner and chef, Fabio Di Felice, runs this place along with his wife and brother. Fresh fish is their specialty: here you can eat delicious fish dishes prepared from the catch of the day delivered directly from Terracina. The décor is simple and essential, just like the cuisine: the accent is on fresh quality food, combined with a courteous friendly service.

The chef Fabio Di Felice will spoil your palate with 5/6 delicious starters that vary according to the catch of the day, or excellent raw fish like oysters, tartare or carpaccio dishes, followed by tasty pasta dishes like trofie with bass and lemon, gnocchetti with red shrimps and pecorino romano  cheese, paccheri with seafood and many other choices. You can also choose your special fish dish from the day’s catch and decide how you wanted it cooked: in salt crust, in the oven or all’acqua pazza (simmered in water flavoured with garlic, olive oil, parsley and a little bit of tomato)

The wine list features a wide selection of excellent wines: over 100 labels including sparkling wines, white and red wines from different Italian regions, with a great quality/price ratio.
