Siciliainbocca al Flaminio

In 2002, the true blooded Sicilians Enzo and his partner Roberto, encouraged by the incredible success of the first Siciliainbocca restaurant in the Prati area, opened their second restaurant “Siciliainbocca al Flaminio”, near the famous Milvio Bridge and in front of the Olympic Stadium, in order to satisfy the insatiable appetite of the Romans.

True to their origins, they have reproduced the unique and comfortable atmosphere of their first Prati restaurant, choosing warm and bright colours for the rooms, and enhancing them with the typical colourful Sicilian maiolica from Caltagirone and decorated with typical Sicilian pupi (marionettes) and photographs from the island.

Our recipes faithfully reproduce the taste of Sicily, such as "Messina" salad with dried cod from the grill, cherry tomatoes from "Pachino", fresh "cipollotto" and Marjoram. Or try the "Panelle"- delicious deep fried starters made with chick-pea flower. Or our famous pasta with "Sarde", raisins & pine nuts, to continue with steamed sword fish with olives, capers and fresh tomatoes. Another true palate teaser is our Palermo style sea bass which we prepare with our secret recipe. Not to forget our typical meat dishes such as Messina rolls and our typical Sicilian sweets and desserts.
