The ambiance is excellent. The waiters are terrible. They are just standing a little bit in the middle of the restaurant, they don't watch you. When another group comes in, they don't have anymore time for you at all!!! You have to pay a high price for a lot of service, but when you don't get this service, the price is far to high. The food: The starters tasted pretty good. Then we continued with a pasta........ horrible. It had no taste at all. We did not manage to eat all of the meal. The bottle of wine we ordered was excellent. So......we stopped after the pasta and asked for the bill. We had to pay 140 euro's for 2 starters, 2 spaghetti's and 1 bottle of wine. The spaghetti we did not finish, it tasted horrible. After paying, they did not care at all. We just stood there, waiting for our coats. No one looked and no one asked. We had to ASK for our coats. This was my second time at Minerva. The first time was lunch and very good. This time was very bad. I don't think I will erver go back to Minerva. Not for the food and not for a hotelroom!!!

Cuisine and wine was excellent. Service was also but our table was only ready 20 minutes later than the scheduled time (we received an excellent porssecco and delicious appetisers). At 00.00 hours I wolud have expected some "institutional" Merry Xmas or something like that.

Cucina buona, leggera, sapori equlibrati, piatti semplici ma mai banali, ottime materie prime. Servizio cordiale, presente ma non invadente, discreto. Ambiente molto carino, peccato par la posiziona accanto al deumidificatore e alla porta delle cucine. Panorama che probabilmente avrebbe dato il meglio di sè con la luce del giorno.
