Metodo Classico is a small, elegant but informal, cosy restaurant which is the result of an ambitious yet simple project: aim for quality both in food and wine, keeping prices affordable. The cuisine is based on classic dishes reinterpreted with a modern sensibility. The menu varies on a daily basis since all dishes are prepared with the freshest ingredients and local fish, personally selected by the owners. For those who love fish and seafood, we recommend to taste the wide selection of appetizing starters (both cooked and raw).

The Chef Marco Salis, with a 12-year experience in the gastronomy field and a devotee of ‘winesophy’ , is a true master at matching the right wine to his sublime dishes cooked with passion. It is with this same passion that Samba Gaetani Lovatelli D’Aragona, born into a wine producers family, takes care of the dining room and other details, like the jazz music and the fresh flowers on the dining tables, thus creating an enchanting warm ambience: here you feel like you are having dinner in a friend’s home.
