The outstanding  restaurant 31 al Vicario  is located in the heart of historical Rome, a short distance from Piazza Montecitorio. The ambience is elegant, yet warm and intimate.

Our cuisine is based on carefully selected high quality ingredients which are prepared with innovative cooking techniques while respecting tradition. Local meat, seasonal vegetables, fish caught in the Mediterranean sea are just a few examples of the ingredients used to prepare recipes of local tradition. Our main objective is to propose- through a simple cuisine - new tastes and cooking creations capable of  turning the dining experience into a culinary  journey around our country, full of memories, flavours and emotions.

And last, but not least, the wine cellar features an outstanding selection of wines: over 130 labels, mainly from Italian wine producers, carefully selected to make our guests explore the best of the Italian winemaking tradition, at a reasonable price.
