Le Relais du Parc

New decoration, new name and new concept: Le Relais du Parc regained its name in November 2005 with a new interior design by Gilles Le Gall.  The restaurant is clear, luminous and in harmony with the contemporary paintings by Frederic Brunet.

The concept: on the new menu one will find original dishes prepared with carefully selected products that are currently in season. The origins of all ingredients are proudly shown and only those which are  produced with respect of the environment are used.  You will find no protected or threatened fish in the menu and the Chef will adapt his dishes to the demand of vegetarians.

The light cuisine of Romain Corbière, a Michelin star Chef trained by Alain Ducasse, is famous. For midday the Chef proposes a "working lunch": 4 small starters, a fish and a meat dish served with a side of the day, 4 small desserts and a coffee for only 57 €. One can also choose the starters and main course or main course and desserts for 47 €.

The great classics of le Relais du  Parc are calf sweetbread and coquillettes, every child’s favourite pasta is perfectly adapted by the Chef according to the season. At dinner time the discovery menu allows you to taste a bit of everything: a starter, a half-portion of coquillettes, a fish and a meat dish as well as a choice of dessert.
