The Glass

The Glass Restaurant offers basically a traditional Italian cuisine, reworked in part depending on the seasons and the freshness of the basic materials on offer.

The chef, Benedetto La Fauci, has gained his experience in important locations such as the Park Hyatt hotel and at the Bistrot Milano. His recipes are simple, but his talent and lively inspiration make them original and unique. The cuisine varies from home-made pasta dishes and recipes from the Mediterranean cuisine prepared with fresh fish which is delivered daily. We also propose various cuts of beef and a large variety of cheeses.

We can offer wine lovers prestigious labels from the most famous wineries, local and national, but also labels coming from smaller not so well known vineyards which are able to surprise and to delight your palate. Further we can organise coffee breaks, business lunches, cocktails and gala dinners up to 400 guests are organized in the internal spaces or in the big dehors.
