La Cantina di Manuela

At the La Cantine di Manuela restaurants we propose the ‘wine-house brasserie’ formula as we are proud to spread the Italian gastronomic specialties which we consider the best in the world. Wine is our core product: quality is our first concern, but we also keep an eye on the price and look out for new proposals from small wine producers, like limited productions of top-quality wines at a reasonable price. We have a wide selection of national red and white wines as well as French champagnes that you can choose directly from the rack in our selling points.

At the bar, you can have wine by the glass or choose a bottle from the rack and sit down to dine: our dishes are prepared with our best regional products.

In addition to quality cheeses and sausages and ‘classical’ dishes (Milanese cotoletta, fiorentina, etc), the menu features other traditional dishes which are reinterpreted in a light version, with a special care for the original flavours of the ingredients.

We also organise thematic evenings, wine tasting courses as well as special events with important wine producers who present their wines, accompanied by dishes prepared by famous chefs.
