Wooloomooloo Prime restaurant in Hong Kong presents the serious steak lover with the next level of our fine beef selection. Our restaurants made their reputations from premium Australian Black Angus beef, grain fed for 150 days, but Wooloomooloo Prime offers an even more versatile selection. Linger over dry aged steaks from the United States ranging from 10oz cuts to hearty 24oz cuts, as well as fine caviar, fresh seafood towers, and luscious steak tartare.

With a more elevated menu, the restaurant features elegant surroundings to match. Half of the 10,000 square foot floor plan houses our dining room with an open kitchen, together with a large and decadent wine rack to greet visiting diners.

Our lounge comprises the other half as dark wood furnishings frame a stunning 270-degree view of the surrounding metropolis. Simply step outside to our terrace for a moment of serenity and savor spectacular views of Tsim Sha Tsui and Victoria Harbor.
