Booked a month ago in diningcity.com. About few days before the date, the restaurant called up and tell me that the booking need to be cancel. As they have an event on the date ~ The lady's attitude suck, all she know is will ask someone to call me back for follow up. But actually NO one ever call me back. The service suck~ will never go this restaurant.

the menu was innovative for the Hong Kong Restaurant Week... it's a monday visit and the service was not slacked at all. In fact, the waiter was friendly and also very attentive. The good thing is they do remember my special request on "no beef and cheese" for my other diner that evening. They did it well and even reminded us that one of their special spread for the bread served was made with cheese... so thoughtful and the waiter offered us some extra regular butter. The food was delicious and well presented. I particularly enjoyed the choice of dessert "Steamed Cheese cake" . Another thoughtful thing they did a very job in making an extreme fresh berries bowl for my other diabetic diner which was totally enjoyable. As usual the view there was fantastic so together with the good food and service, Azure is well worth visiting time after time

Our reservation was cancelled by the restaurant one week prior then reinstated to the 29th floor (not the restaurant and slash bar on the 30th floor) when I complained. The manager made a point of meeting us and making an apology which was welcome. The room in which we dined was really a private room. A group of eight took the neighbouring table but not until we had nearly finished our meal. Until then we were on our own with only the awful noise of a Karaoke coming from upstairs to keep us company. A very poor atmosphere. Our main course was delicious but starter and dessert were very ordinary. Our waitress was charming and very efficient.

Nice environment but tables were set too close to each other, I supposed its due to restaurant week. We sat next to the outdoor area so I caught a cold. Service is really good. Not really too much of a great deal as it costs 500 per head all inclusive. Food wasn't too impressive either, for this price, I would expect we could choose steak with good quality, but only pork, fish and risotto with beef to choose from.
