Since I have had more feedback from my friends, I have added a third review: The Risotto was not hot enough, and it was too soggy and wet, and not al-dente, and this is the dish that came with the raw foie gras. When we did complain about it, the mgt just plonked a portion on a plate, and seemed like they just nuked it in the microwave. Then came back and dump the plate back on our table without an apology. Secondly, they insisted that we had to order from the Restaurant Week menu, but this was not explained to us from the outset, and nor was it flexible to cater for people with food intolerances. Thirdly, the Lamb Shank that arrived on the table, was in a hot metal pot (again this was unexpected, as it was not described to be like this in the English translation on the menu), there should have been some heat /safe dishes, as we could have been scolded, esp and the table was full of other dishes, that were hastily put on the table by the staff. Please investigate this, as this service was very disappointing. Rgds Tania

It was a nice experience to have lunch there. Food tastes good, especially for dessert. But I expected to have three main dishes in $158, actually we got lunch sets individually in $98.

Upon discussing this further with my colleagues, I am submitting a second review as we are not happy with the service etc. The bone marrow in one of the Restaurant Week mains was still raw, and did not taste as expected. Secondly, a couple of us that ordered Al la carte, found the that short ribs were out of stock (as the restaurant did not order any in, they didn't even highlight it on the menu, but came and told us afterwords), the alternative we wanted, which was Beef Burgers, were out of stock, so it forced us to have Lamb Shank (which again was just like a Chinese soup with meat in it), but, as the evening went on, we saw the table next to us had a beef burger - so why are they not being honest with the food on the menu. We are very disappointed with the service, and the inflexibility of the menu + staff to accommodate different requirements of customers. The main waiter did his best, and we give him credit for looking after a big table, but the rest of the staff need to go back to waitress school. If possible, can you pass these comments direct to 798, as I would like them to explain why the experience was so bad from the very beginning. AND - we were not offered any bread when we all settled down in the beginning, like the other tables got!!! I doubt we will be going back there again!! Kind Rgds Tania

Not a lot of instructions from the waiter / waitresses after we sat down, they just put down the drinks menu and never told us about the happy hour offering that was on Saw walking bug in both my mom and my salad The see bass main tasted very fishy Banoffee pie was delicious
