They miss our "starters" probably due to over packed with customers and too much to attend by the chefs at one go, to my surprised the management team was super. The female supervisor who attended to us informed the I think was the manager. He came around to apologize. Great form of internal communication as far as service is concerned. Normally you will only get the servers apologizing. Food is a 7 out of 10 but service was 8 maybe 9 out of 10. The location is great, great view seeing Hong Kong Island sea front view, only short of lights complied to other years "BUT" still great view of the island if you sit outside.
