Unfortunately the restaurant completely ignored the reservation, claimed to have no record of it, showed no interest in it and failed to apologize. They did however seat us (as the restaurant was almost empty and never exceeded 30% capacity this was not an issue). This really does do, on the whole, very good Lebanese food and as in an Lebanese restaurant, you create your own ambiance. The service was completely lackluster and the handful of waiters quite obviously wanted to be elsewhere doing something different. I'd go back as it is the best Lebanese food I've found in Dubai, but it wouldn't be for any other reason.
