Le Bourbon, the elegant French restaurant of Le Méridien, is ideally located in the vibrant city center of Budapest.

Specializing in seafood including French seafood platter and particularly renowned for its exquisite cakes, Le Bourbon proposes a seasonal a la carte menu introducing French culinary art through traditional products with respect of the Hungarian taste. Executive chef, French Laurent Vandenameele in 2011 was honoured by the French President for his contribution to French gastronomy and received the prestigious “la médaille du Mérite Agricole”.
The restaurant is open daily from 6.30 am till 10.45 pm (except for Saturday noon time) offering full buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the afternoon, guests can enjoy luscious pastries.
For a delightful starter from the a la carte menu, try the Terrine of goose liver, dry fruit chutney with Tokaji wine and grilled brioche. Then move to our wide selection of fresh fish and sea food. The Atrium, with its magnificent stained-glass dome, is a unique all-day dining venue famous for its home-made French pastries.
During summer period La Terrasse on the vibrant Fashion street awaits guests for refreshment, with exquisite cakes, snacks, salads, lemonades and cocktails.
Let us recommend our Sunday brunch, every Sunday from noon until 3pm the Atrium and Le Bourbon. Ideal for special occasions or family celebrations. A lavish buffet of French and local flavors to delight every palette, featuring live pasta cooking, magnificent dessert selection, French cheese assortment and á la minute pancakes. 7.900 HUF per person (Approximately € 26,- includes sparkling wine, red and white wine, mineral water and coffee). Children are free up to 12 years old and limited to one child per adult
Our exclusive wine dinners take place on a monthly basis, on the 3rd Thursday of the month, starting at 7pm, every time with a different winery.
