Quelle découverte, ce samedi soir, lors de mon passage et dîner dans ce restaurant, faisant suite à un article "allèchant", paru dans un magazine bruxellois. L'accueil y fut très chaleureux, voire amical, et les mets plus que succulents. Je ne puis que vous recommander cette adresse, qui regorge de délices ...scandinaves par excellence, le tout "fait maison" par un chef amoureux de cuisine. Et ça se goûte! J'y retournerai, c'est promis.

Up North blijft ons verrassen! Ooit ontdekt tijdens de restaurantweek en we keren steeds weer. Soms zitten er veel scandinaviërs en dan zit de sfeer pas echt goed. Dit lijkt ons trouwens het beste bewijs dat de chef zijn roots niet kan loochenen en werken me op dat het einde nog niet gezien hebben : het niveau van de gerechten liggen steeds hoger.
