Amazing wine - excellent service and great food - as always

I was counting on a fine romantic dinner for my wife and I on our last night in Barcelona, based on recommendations in a Nat geo traveler article and other positive reviews. Intial impressions were good with pleasant interior colors and furnishings but mood went downhill fast with unsmiling businesslike rapid fire waitresses clicking loudly our choices on their ipads. Short wait for food and appetizers removed before done. The lamb which was reported to be great was only fair, not tender. waiters argued with each other over our table about the correct wine order. There was not even a smile or thank you when we left. This was the only bad experience in a restaurant in a 2 week trip. Would avoid until service improves.
