Basically, if you have food allergies, DONT GO! Because the waitress obviously couldnt be bothered enough to listen to me when I pointed out right away that I had several food allergies and which specifically they were, I ended up being served a soup with an ingredient I had told her beforehand I am allergic too. Only after I had eaten half of it I realised the mistake. When confronting her with it - I basically walked up to the counter and asked whether Tomato,which I really cant have, it mnakes me sick for days, was in the soup. First answer (not mentioning the annoyed look) "I dont know" - again, I had told her that I cant have it. She walks up to the table that I had left to speak to her, looks at my soup and says "I think so but I have to check with the chef". Still nothing else. She comes back and simply says, "yes, it has tomato in it". Still NO APOLOGY or any reckognition of her quite serious mistake. I sat down in shock, looked at her and said "guess I will not eat anymore of it". What does she do? NOOOTHING!!! I have had allergies for 10 years now and eaten out a lot! This has never happened to me to such an extend before, EVER! I am shocked that a restaurant that is supposedly so good has such a poor performance when it comes to serving their customers and even more so, or shall I say, much worst such a shokcing poor performance when it comes to dealing with mistakes! Allergies are not a joke! And acting like its nothing one would have to feel utterly sorry about when feeding an allergene food to someone is simply unbelievable! There was not a single attempt of doing anything about it. And this is a Michellin recognised restaurant????? Surely they didnt get it for their poor pooor service!!

Een 6 omwille v/h hoofdgerecht: Bordelaise saus is een saus op basis van o.a. rodewijn,allesains geen cremesaus. Dit terzijde,wanneer men een gerecht (parelhoen) met een roomsaus serveert,laat dan de garnituren roomvrij (knolselder in room en in de aardappel was ook room o in ieder geval iets heftig,zwaar verwerkt...jammer. De St.Jacobsvruchten waren schitterend een 9 hiervoor,ook de eendelever was zeer lekker,ahoewel ik deze niet p het menu zou zetten,wanneer het hoofdgerecht al zo heftig is. Toch zal ik er een 4de poging op wagen want de vorige keren was ik meer dan tevreden. Groeten, Patrick.

Leuk, klein restaurant met zeer aangename en persoonlijke bediening zonder te overdrijven. Zeer lekker Frans eten met als aanrader het pruimengebakkje met calvados. De Kok laat zich regelmatih zien bij het opdienen.

Het eten was heel lekker, ook de service was uitstekend en de sfeer was eveneens goed. Het is zeker aan te bevelen. Hugo en Marleen Beens-Kenis
