Excellent food with fresh local produce - mainly organic. Nouvelle Dutch cuisine and a good selection of wines. We had a great evening and will come back for sure!

I was fortunate to eat here on a quiet night, and the owner personally served me. The food was excellent as was the wine pairing. The owner was friendly and struck just the right balance between attentive service and allowing me to relax. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We think this is one of the best places to eat in Amsterdam. Al;ways make a point of having a meal when in town.
