Incanto

Restaurant Incanto in Amsterdam is a restaurant with a classic Italian Kitchen. Venetian chef Simone Ambrosin is known for his pure and simple style of cooking with feeling for nuance.

Every day he composes a traditional 4-course menu.
Bread, pasta, friandise and ice cream; everything is home made with the best ingredients the market has to offer. Cheese, hams and prosecco we import ourselves.

The Italian wine list contains over 150 Italian wines. There‘s also a great variety of traditionally distilled grappas.

Incanto is located on the first and second floor at Munt Square and therefore offers you an enchanting view of the flower market and canals. There is a seperate lounge with again stunning views to enjoy a sigaret or a sigar from the humidor.

Both lunch and diner menu change with the seasons. There’s also possibility for private lunching or dining.
