Tao creates contemporary cuisine with a Mediterranean touch. Jordi Valles and laia Pons, the Spanish chefs from Barcelona with extensive Michelin stars restaurants' experiences in Paris and Barcelona, are the Chef Consultant and Chef de Cuisine at Tao. The food concept follows the Taoism, fresh, varied and healthy.
Designed by Antonio Ochoa-Piccardo, the well-acclaimed Venezuela designer, the interior of Tao is all white with a chic and modern look. The whole design reflects the 'Tao' concept: the living experience is colorful, but the nature of life is just simple.
To pair with the food, Tao offers exquisite and well-balanced wine list with over 60 wines from different major wine countries or regions. The bar is ideally suited for after dinner drinks that might stetch late.
