The restaurant has been designed to give you an authentic atmosphere of Tuscany. The walls, ceilings and floors of our new Silk Road Trattoria have been decorated with the true earth tones of Tuscany; there are marvelous examples of the world-burning oven and try our cold cuts and main dishes prepared by our Executive Chef Robert Gynne.
