Duck De Chine is 1949 - The Hidden City's signature restaurant, not least offering some of the best duck dishes in Beijing, but its own - and China's first - Bollinger champagne bar to wash it all down.

A predominately duck based menu, Duck De Chine offers a number of innovative and traditional duck dishes, combining local produce and spices with traditional Chinese and French influence and perfectly cooked, succulent non-fatty duck. The menu also has a small selection of non-duck dishes including fish, meat and vegetables.

Built around a central glass courtyard and open duck oven, Duck De Chine boast two dining areas - one catering to fine dining with rich red lanterns and sleek but cozy table settings; and the other to more casual affairs around the Bollinger Bar.
